"I have gone to the RSM location a couple of times for threading, and heard that they recently expanded business here, so I decided to give them a shot at this new location, and the experience here was TERRIBLE!!! I came in yesterday and I don't remember her name. She has dyed blonde hair and she was the only one available yesterday when I walked in. She was incredibly rude and refused to do my brows the way I liked them to the point I had to keep asking her and then she ended up charging me way more just for brows. I was only planning on getting brow waxing done for the first time without threading and plucking which would be additional services adding up to the charge. When she waxed she did the top of my brows, and the in between area perfectly fine, but when it came to the skin of messy unwanted hair below my brows, she ended up putting the wax below where I wanted it, and the wax below my brows did not touch the hairs I wanted removed at all. When she moved on to applying Aloe Vera, I had to stop her and tell her I wasn't happy at all. I then told her that I want wax put in my unwanted hairs and to make a clean line on the bottom of my brows. I like my brows nicely shaped and feminine with pointed edges, an arch, and squarish fronts. Even this rude lady who was doing my brows has the perfect brows I want. She kept saying that my brows are different but I tried showing her pictures of me on how I got my brows done before. She clearly did not listen to me at first and gave me an attitude. Then she kept saying that she'll pluck the rest of my hairs with a tweezer and do threading, which I was not even planning for. I just wanted waxing, so only one service, not more than that. I don't like my brows bushy, I like changing them to a neater shape. It took so much threading and plucking to finally clean up all of my unwanted hairs, as if she didn't know what she was doing. She even kept saying words like "Finally!!!" and "So you want to get rid of all your brows?" she even said NO a couple of times when I requested her to avoid plucking too much and to only stick with waxing and threading with her snarky attitude. If I'm paying for a service, then just do whatever the heck I ask for without ridicule!!! I just prefer my eyebrows to be a bit thinner and neat, with a perfect arch and pointed edges just like hers so she was honestly behaving like a hypocrite. The reason why I came here is to get them shaped exactly how I like them without having to deal with an attitude. If I wanted to keep my brows bushy and messy then I would have never have came here in the first place. So instead of charging me $20 as quoted on the phone, she changed it to $30. The fact that I had to pay extra for additional services just because she did not know how to wax properly like I've seen on viral videos shows a lot of unprofessionalism. The ladies in the RSM location seem much nicer. I would honestly appreciate at least a partial refund for the mess and the rudeness I experienced in this location. The one with dyed blonde hair here needs to learn better customer service, keep her snarky attitude to herself, and stop being a money hungry scammer!!!"

"I have been coming to this location since I have moved back to OC. Let me tell you. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded since HS. That’s about almost 15 years of experience. I’ve gone to all kinds of stores, well known ones too, such as Ziba. The point is, I know a great artist when I see one. Her name is Leslie. She is from Nepal. She is the sweetest and the kindest employee. Always ready for engagement for interaction and making you feel at home. She is now my permanent artist. I have moved and I still drive to her just cause I know I won’t be disappointed. Go to this place, see Leslie. Do yourself a favor. :)"

She is amazing!!!! I will continues to be a loyal customer and if you’re in the OC area and need to get your eye brows threaded, this is the place to go!!!"

"Clean workspace and bathroom. Parking can be a little tight but it's still good. Never seen more then 2 customers there at any one time, so always fast service, but because of this.. I feel they bring in/ rotate new workers to often. The lady today was not the best. But still 5 STAR. I believe they rent space to a dermatologist and a person that does Botox... so keep this in mind if that's your thing."
