"This review is hard for me because they did an amazing job for my parents but didn’t do a great job for me. My manicure was good, but my pedicure was horribly done. I had the guy there and he was super chatty, which I didn’t mind, but completely did not do his job well. I was also supposed to get. 10 minute massage, but it was only about 2 mins. He even looked at the clock and said 10:30 start massage, I’ll finish at 10:40, but he finished at 10:32. He was fidgeting a lot and I think he even had a cold, he didn’t wear a mask and was wiping his nose on this sleeve often. What’s worse was that he cut my toe, twice! And he looked at me like I was crazy when I said ouch and even when he put alcohol on my toes it burned and when I told him it’s because he cut me, he told me it was supposed to burn. He was very rough on my toes and did a horrible job the paint. He even did the callus removal but didn’t even scrub my heel. I’m so confused and disappointed, but I am happy that my parents got excellent treatment by the other ladies. My advice would be not to go with the guy."

"I looooove this nail salon. The owner is nice. There have been times my natural nail breaks and I’ll have them apply a gel x nail for the meantime til my fill and always with grace the owner doesn’t charge me and I just tip the person who fixed my nail. I typically do gel x nails or a gel manicure and haven’t been disappointed. I get my nails done once a month and the polish never chips. Henry, Paula, Linn, and another young lady (idk her name) are great with designs. I highly recommend this salon."

"CALL TO BOOK. The online booking doesn’t work. I thought it did, came for my 9 am appointment, doors opened @920am, with no valid booking, and had to leave by 11am. What to do? The BossMan ensured me that I would finish by 11 because a couple of the ladies are coming, which they did, and he was right. Sitted in one of the high white leather spic n span pedicure chairs, I was made comfortable despite being nervous of not making it out before 11am. Sure enough, Kim came @1004, worked with endless smile and speed, she finished my basic pedicure, took off the gel and applied new one, she worked with precision and speed. Her work is neat, I’ve got no complaints. Out by 1055, my feet are pretty, ready to see mom in law! Will be back!"

"Amy did a fantastic job on my gelx nails. The staff is friendly and the place is clean and nice. I was being rough on my nails while opening a door a few days later and cracked a nail and they fixed it for me at no cost, and the fault was entirely my own. Highly recommend organic nails and spa! Great customer service and will always return!"
