"My parents were really unhappy with my initial haircut, because it didn’t look anywhere near the picture I had shown them. During that same day, my mother called the manager to ask if she could redo my hair. Savanah I think her name was; did my hair so much better! She was also very sweet and personable, and listened to my hairstyling requests. I put up a conversation with her, and overall she was nice! So, I think this deserves 4 stars, and I’d really only come back for Savanah."

"By far the worst experience ever at this location on Saturday, Dec 30, 2023 around 3pm. I wasn’t able to check in on-line because of an issue on your end. I was advised to call in, which I did. I called the Eastvale location & was placed on a list and told to come in within the hour. I arrived an hour later as advised and checked in. The wait was going to be 34 minutes per the computer screen. We waited for over an hour. Meanwhile, 6 people that arrived after us, were taken back. In fact, one muscular guy walked in that had no appointment, but one of the girls knew him. The girl was obviously flirting with this guy & he said he had no appointment, but she took him right away before a few people that had checked in after us arrived. Once the girl was done, I went to the front and she knew I was visibly upset. She then decided to take her time cleaning her station and then went to visit the other stylists, chatting with them & continued to ignore us. Extremely pissed about the service and the attitude from the stylist that decided to service her friend instead of other customers. This location has terrible reviews on-line and now I understand why that is. These stylist need additional training in customer service. Shame on Great Clips!"

"Don’t believe the hype…there is no need to spend hundreds of dollars for a curly hair cut. Had a curly haircut here with Ashley. She did a fabulous job. I just told her what I wanted and 20 minutes later, voila! She executed beautifully!"

"Went during closing hours by checking in online. My hair stylist didn’t have any patience and did a terrible job cutting my hair. Didn’t respond well to any of my questions. Overall got a very bad haircut."
