"During our visit to the nail salon, my boyfriend and I were reassured of simultaneous service. Initially, it seemed well-organized, with my session starting immediately and a promise that another technician would attend to me shortly. Unfortunately, the promise fell flat as the technician opted to serve another client, leaving me in limbo. I sat, feet in now-cold water, for 40 excruciating minutes. To add insult to injury, a new client with an appointment arrived and was serviced promptly, without any acknowledgment of my prolonged wait or the inconvenience caused. This blatant disregard for my time and comfort showcased an appalling level of service and professionalism. The experience was more than just a service delay; it was a complete oversight and disrespect of a customer's basic expectations. What was supposed to be a relaxing, bonding activity turned into a session of frustration and disbelief. In the end, it wasn't just the water that turned cold but also our perception of the salon's commitment to customer care. Zero stars wouldn't sufficiently convey the disappointment and rudeness we encountered."

"Please choose another salon, I had the lowest quality manicure of my life and had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment start time without even an apology or acknowledgement. I almost left after waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time and now wish I had. The nail tech didn't even sand down my acrylics before attempting to fill...a well-done acrylic fill normally takes 1.5-2 hours and this took less than an hour (not counting the wait time I shouldn't have had with an appt). I already know I'll have to go get these redone in a week and have a skilled professional sand the acrylic down much farther to undo the damage this salon did. This salon is also very dirty and parking is impossible...really no part of it was positive. Learn from my mistake and skip this salon."

I visited the salon with the hope of getting a nail fixed in preparation for an event coming up over the weekend. As I walked in, I noticed one customer already receiving service in one of the salon chairs. There were a few other associates seated in empty chairs, engrossed in their phones. The initial impression was a mix of activity and inactivity among the staff. I was approached by a gentleman named Tom, who appeared to be in charge. I explained that I needed a nail fixed, emphasizing that my original nail wasn't from their salon. Tom's response was unexpected – he informed me that no one would be available to help me. I inquired about the possibility of coming in later that evening before their supposed closing time of 9 pm (as per Google and their posted service hours). However, Tom reiterated that assistance wouldn't be available. This repeated response left me puzzled and questioning whether there was genuinely no availability or if there was another reason behind their inability to serve me. In an effort to understand the situation better, I asked if I could schedule an appointment for the following morning. Tom's reply was disheartening – he stated that they only accepted walk-ins. I inquired about their opening time in the morning, to which he replied, "9 am, but no one will be available to help you." This consistent dismissal led me to wonder whether there was some underlying issue or if they simply didn't want to provide service. As my confusion grew, I requested to see their service menu out of curiosity. Tom reluctantly showed me a paper menu, which had two options for nail fixes – one for work done by their salon and the other for work not done by them. I attempted to take a picture of the menu to have a record of the available options, but before I could even process his reaction, Tom quickly snatched the menu away and firmly stated that no one was allowed to take pictures of their menu. This left me perplexed once again – was it a policy that prevented anyone from taking pictures, or was it specifically me? Feeling increasingly frustrated and unfairly treated, I voiced my concerns to Tom, mentioning that I felt discriminated against. At that point, I made the decision not to proceed with their services. I asked for Tom's name, which he provided as 'Tom,' and I left the salon to return to my car. Strangely, my experience took an even more unprofessional turn – as I began to drive away, I noticed Tom running out of the salon with his phone in hand, recording me as I left. This unexpected behavior further heightened my sense of discomfort and confusion. In the end, my visit to the nail salon on that evening left me with more questions than answers. The lack of transparency, coupled with inconsistent explanations, left me feeling unwelcome and perplexed. The behavior displayed by Tom, particularly his recording of me as I left, was both strange and unprofessional. While I understand that misunderstandings can occur, I hope that the salon takes this experience as an opportunity to improve their communication, customer service, and overall professionalism for the benefit of future clients."

"Been here several times. Staff is always friendly. They are very careful when doing a pedicure and manicure. They will also continuously ensure you're happy with the progress. Even if someone walks in past 8 PM, they will accomodate them for that day. Last minute walk ins are treated with the same care and attention (I'm always walking in late). Prices are very competitive."

"WORST PLACE EVER. I shoulda known when I walked in a lady was asking for full refund and cussing the guy out. I just thought she was crazy but now I know the frustration. Let's start off by saying that I was in there for over 3 hours to end up with these nails.. I came in for a mani and pedi and They took someone that came in after me that didn't even have an appointment and made me wait u til they were done with there nails even though I was there first . I had to tell the guy to fix my nails many times, and even when he did they were still messed up and he just kept telling me to put them under the light and didn't care. THESE ARE MY NAILS AFTER HIM FIXING THEM, so they were actually way worse and he wasn't trying to fix them !! He also cut me 3 times if you refer to the photos .. and when I asked for a discount they gave Me 5 dollars off when I spent over 100 dollars. Definitely will be telling people not to come here.. don't waist your time. These are the"
