"Unfortunately I had a really horrible experience with a gel removal and manicure. My nails have always been extremely strong. I received a gel manicure over Christmas break (but normally I don't polish/gel my nails). The female worker left the gel removal solution on my nails for too long and filed my nails down way too much. Now every one of my nails is brittle and breaking, some have broken and made my nail beds bleed. Some of the other workers have done a great job so that's why I gave a 4 star review."
