"Yesterday at 1:20pm, I went in for a brow appointment. The lady who did my brows was very sweet, and everything eventhough she waxed off a chunk of my eye brow by accident. She worked with me for an hour, trying to fix them. They're not the shape I wanted, and I was horrified when i realized how bad it was. She felt so guilty I know it was by accident and tried to reassure me, she told me she would talk to her manager about the service costs. Apparently, her manager said "there nothing she can really do about," which was awful to hear because I just had one of the worst wax experiences of my life, AND I had to pay for it. I'm never coming back, and I highly do NOT recommend!"

"This was my first time at this Ulta location & I probably won’t come back. No one greeted me when I walked in which they always do at any beauty locations I’ve visited. None of the staff asked if I needed help. When I did have a question, I asked if there was anyone available to help me out, and one of the ladies very rudely said “with what?”. I did get help afterwards by someone else who was helpful however the same person who helped me also rang me up and they didn’t ask if I wanted to use my points (which I always get asked) which made me remember I did have some to use so I asked if could check and it seemed like that bothered them? Overall just very rude staff, don’t bother asking for help, and the store just feels very unwelcoming. If you’re a local please go elsewhere."

"Team is great! My wife locked her keys in her car and they let her use store phone and even their personal phones to call me for help. When I got there, she was able to rush off to make her next appointment. But when she came back to finally make her purchase, they had held her merchandise for her and got her rung up quickly and friendly. Great teamwork and professionalism."

"Went in looking for lipstick my mom wanted that I sent her for Christmas, I wasn’t able to find the matte liquid, just shiny but I did find 2 full size matte liquid in the clearance section along with a few other things! Overall, love this location and how amazing the staff was. Lines might be long be it moves fairly fast. 10/10 would come to this location again!"

"My wife and I came here to shop. It was hot day. She was wearing a hat and I had sunglasses. The staff even security guard followed us like flies while we shopped. Felt super uncomfortable to the point where my wife asked me if she should take off her hat. We were just about to start work and had stopped here to shop before heading over. We were wearing company shirts. Like how dumb do you think we are if we were to steal. Staff, if you are reading this, please… NOT EVERYONE IS HERE TO STEAL. Felt completely unnecessary and incredibly obvious. Not sure we’re ever coming back here again."
