"The reason I’m giving THIS a one star is because I went in and the lady was so rude. I honestly believe it was because I look lost and I was dressed with sweats and just a T-shirt due to the rain. She was very rude she was I wanna say Filipino but acted white honestly do better I was already having a crappy day and you just made it worse.i know we all have those day trust me it happens to me but the way you kept looking at me with disgust really hurt. BUT THEN MY PERFUME DIDN’T WORK AND THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS SO SWEET I ENDED UP MEETING HER IN THE FRONT COUNTER AND SHE RECOGNIZED THAT I WAS THE PERSON THAT CALLED AND SHE WAS JUST SUCH A SWEETHEART. Thank you for that I was so nervous going back."

He listened to what I wanted, he educated me on proper treatment and hair care and made me look like the picture I showed him.
