"This was my first time at Studio Nails Salon, and I think it can be a good place to get your nails done. However, both the staff that worked on me lacked attention to details. Even after I realized that my nails were not fully painted in some areas, particularly the corners, they did not cover them with nail polish. When I asked the lady who was working on me to fix it, all she did was quickly file my nails and rush me out of the chair. This place could definitely use some improvements in customer care service."

"I used to like this place a lot Amy is a talented nail technician and I do not discredit her I would always leave her a nice tip for her work and personality aswell however the establishment has zero respect for their long term clients I booked Amy with the owner early in the day for 5:20 PM. After I had ordered a ride to their shop I received a text trying to move the time to 6 PM which I declined and told them I couldn’t do 6 because I was ubering and asked the owner would it be better for me to cancel my appointment he said no come anyway I spend $35 on an Uber there and arrive at 5:15 PM. When I arrived a woman was just starting a fresh set with Amy and the owner asked if I could give her a minute. I gave her 30 at 5:45 I politely got up didn’t make a scene and walked out. The owner texted me asking where I was when he clearly watched me leave his establishment. I can tolerate alot but I refuse to be manipulated into going into an appointment when they knew they didn’t have time to take me. I wasted $50 total in Uber just to not get my nails done for my birthday. I was a long term client but I do not plan on returning to the establishment ever again."

"This place is beautiful, everyone is very nice. Unfortunately the quality was garbage. I went in for a Gel manicure, it's been 1 week and 3 nails have broken...all of my nails are bendable. The polish has chipped. VERY BUMMED! I keep them fairly short as well. I've been getting Gel manicures for the past few months, so I know what the Gel is supposed to feel like."

"Very pricey for the service provided . Went in to get a fill and new color . Service was provided but I feel 50 for this service was way too much .nails were not shaped evenly and no clean up."
