"I would never recommend this eye doctor. First off I waited over an hour to even be taken back. Second, I am 44 years old and she told me that I already had terrible cataracts and needed to get surgery. I was not confident because I had no idea of this, and had only seen my last eye doctor eight months prior, and he never mentioned anything about Cataracs. I went for a second opinion, and after my successful wonderful appointment with Dr. Peace in Franklin. I ask him if he noticed any Cataracs and he said absolutely not. This seems like a very shady practice. I would never recommend going here. Lastly, my husband got a bill from them because she told him he had dry allergy eyes, when i called they said it was billed to our medical!"

Everyone has been very kind and and respectful of my slow movements and they explain all procedures so I can understand them."

"I've been to Toyos clinic over 10 times for dry eye relief, and its been consistently bad. Few things that stand out: -The doctors are always late, by a lot. I've been the first appointment of a day, and the doctor has been an hour late to even showing up at the office. You can imagine how delayed later appointments are if the first appointment is that bad. My last time there, the doctor never showed up - after about 1.5hr wait, they had me see someone else. No explanation, just happened. -They aren't focused on customer service, with huge delays (I've had to wait 2 hours), no one apologizes and the front desk seems apathetic to the fact that they can't run to schedule. -Things aren't as clean as I've experienced elsewhere. Lack of hand washing, glove wearing, sanitizing surfaces. Especially concerning during COVID. -The clinic as a whole feels more like a beauty-focused shop than a doctor/medicine based clinic. They also push overpriced products that they've relabeled (their fish oil is something you can buy on Amazon at half price as an example). Now, you might be asking why I went 10+ times with such a terrible experience. Its because having dry eye sucks, and the Toyos claim to be on the forefront of research. Unfortunately, they run a worse operation than any other business I've ever been in, so I've decided to try somewhere else. I would avoid this clinic at all costs."
