"I visited Western Dental & Orthodontics in Jurupa Valley today for cleaning and filling. I am impressed with the service from Dr. Han and Kim. They both are very professional, courteous, and patient. I feel very comfortable with them the whole process. Dr Han also installed a crown on me a year or so ago and it has been working really well for me. I would recommend them if you need any dental services."

"The services I received was excellent however, Gloria was very rude to a float employee. Obviously she is not 100% used this facility. You could see the frustration on her poor face by Gloria’s actions. Perhaps her pregnancy is too far along and her temper is short. The float was amazing very polite and caring. As a psychiatric nurse/preceptor I understand training is extremely difficult and requires patience. Not everyone learns at the same speed and a harsh environment can ruin someone’s ability to perform to their full potential . Be kind to others ladies ❤️"

"I haven't been to Dentist since before having my Kids. I have been so focused on raising them and never taking time to keep up with my own Oral health etc so I was so nervous, but everyone here at this Western Dental is so kind and made me feel so comfortable. The Dr seriously is Amazing she made me feel safe and was very patient with me. The assistant was so sweet, she was my 5 Year olds assistant when he came in too, and he loved being w her. Thank you guys so much!"

"Dr. Han is the most kindest Dr that I have ever had the pleasure of being taken care of by and Mia, her assistant was just as amazing. The minute Mia walked out into the lobby to call me, to take me to my seat, she was so nice and easy to talk to. Dr Han makes your time with her feel so personal, she addresses you by your first name, and as she talks to you, she looks you in your eyes and its like your talking to a friend. They are both so warm and joyful. She does not make you feel rushed but she goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best treatment and she explains everything in detail about what the plan is and her work shows her passion for her job. Her and Mia are so attentive and caring, they both make sure you are comfortable and they make sure to remind you that if at anytime you need something, to just signal to them and they are both really gentle!! I have had so many bad experiences with Dentist and was so hesitant about going to Western Dental, being it is a chain but I am so glad that I did because I got to meet Dr Han and Mia and because of them, I will continue to be a patient. Thank You ladies so much for taking care of me. It has been a long time since I left a dentist office truly happy."
