"Vini always does my eyebrows perfectly. I know reviews are mixed but I have been going here since about 2017, and they always do a great job. Key is to stick to who you trust to do your eyebrows. They are all very nice to me and others. I have witnessed it. They do charge for using your debit card, so bring cash. If you say exactly how you want four eyebrows done, they will listen. It is very clean in here. Only thing is, they don’t answer their phone."

"The lady who has the booth number 2 is very rude and unprofessional,makes loud comments about customers facial hair, does not do a good job and has the audacity the make comments when her tip is small because she did not deserve one in the first place!! I have news for her, Tips are a courtesy, not a necessity!!"

"Karen is rude and abrasive. She is the older woman with glasses. One chair looked as if it had been shredded by tigers and she had the audacity to want me to plant myself in such a deplorable seat. Bad customer service. Pushes chair down without your knowledge, ( I could have been injured by the sheer force and no for warning). This Karen leaves the tissue on your shirt after doing a terrible and uneven job. This is because I wanted to pay first. Then stealthily debases the customer in her language. Just rude and abusive. Pushes your hand in a rude way. Then feigns niceness once you ask her name. ABUSIVE!!! I did not even get a witch Hazel wipe. Nothing, special about this session. I only received “angry thread” grazing my the sensitive skin. They charge for debit. This is a hard pass!!! Bad energy, lives there. It’s now $10. Prices have gone up."
