"【Additional information at the bottom】 THANK YOU, NEXT. I did my nails today and I paid my tips to the lady who did my nails after I was being called “picky” by her. I replied “They are my nails and I pay for them, so I have to be picky.” right after she called me”picky” that but then she mumbled “Everyone pays.” Well, yeah of course everyone pays but how has everyone else being “not picky” has anything to do with me? It is great that the other costumers are okay no matter what they got but I’m not them. I’m a student myself, I work part time job and go to school at the same time. Every penny counts for me because I don’t have too much money to waste on everything. I paid my own money for my own nails so of course I have accountable to make sure the results comes out as they worth. I don’t want to say okay just to show how nice I am while I don’t feel okay and regret my money afterward. If I paid but ended up not getting what I want at the first place, then WHAT AM I PAYING FOR? It’s not like I’m not gonna pay or anything. I PAY WHAT I NEED TO PAY FOR AND TIP WHAT I’M GONNA TIP. Beside, I don’t think I was being picky for pointing out the parts of my nail where the colors are uneven and half of the line that she drew for me was on my finger tip instead of my nail. I don’t know what was in her mind but calling your costumer picky right on their face was definitely not a smart idea. I was afraid to voice my problems after because I was afraid to be called “picky” again. I mean if the result turned out good enough, there is no need for me to be “picky”. I really don’t know what to tell y’all, maybe just hold back your opinions if you have any. After she fixed most of the problems what I was being “picky” for, the result was not perfect but it was alright. I’m not gonna say it definitely worth it because my nails are still not even, have air bubbles, and there are gel colors on my cuticles, but this store is indeed cheaper than the one I usually go to and that’s why I left my comfort zone and came here to try for the first time. The price was friendly but after this unpleasant experience, I don’t think I’m gonna go again. Edit: (The lady who did my nails just called me and explained that she was having a hard time that day so the 2-hour process had made her feel tired. She wanted to give me back my money but I told her that’s fine. I agree to change my rate from two stars to three, but still those $55 I’m just gonna let them be in their pockets. I don’t want to have anything to do with this place anymore.)"
