"Our kitchen sink's faucet wasn't working and didn't have any pressure. The Property Meld maintenance crew from Rental City were fast and efficient. They completely replaced our sink's faucet with a new one that looks even better than the previous one that wasn't working. The job was completed in no time at all and now we have a new, working kitchen faucet and sprayer with hot water and nice water pressure. *EDIT* We also had other issues that were resolved quickly and efficiently. I was asleep when I should have been awake when we had scheduled someone to come and spray for bugs. Without me being awake, they still came in and completed the job. I'm extremely happy with the ease of use with the Project Meld option to schedule anything that needs to be done for the house. Again, I'm very happy with the services we've received since moving in and all of them were scheduled and completed quickly. *EDIT 2, 11/07/2023* Although I love that we're living here, we have run into problem after problem. We've had so many issues and, although they usually get on the issues pretty quickly, it's still more issues than I'd like to have to deal with when taking into account how much we're having to pay for rent plus having 2 cats adds an extra $50 to our rent. It's rather pricey for the quality of the house. The cabinets are horrible and we had to buy every appliance as it didn't come with a refrigerator, stove, washer or dryer. That added so much more money that we had to have ready, on top of the moving in fees. We had a kitchen light that the switch wouldn't work and had to have about 5 people or 5 times they had to come out to fix it, even though it took them roughly 5 hours each time they were here working on it. We finally got it fixed by putting a smart bulb in it that we can turn off with our smartphones/Google Home. We also have a tree in our yard that's about to fall on our neighbors house and it's really dangerous. We put in a Project Meld, their online service for submitting issues and scheduling people to come fix them, for the falling tree and people came out to look at it ASAP but it's been weeks and I still haven't heard anything about them actually coming to do something about it. I've scheduled multiple days and have yet to hear anything about it. Personally, I don't think this place is worth the rent but it's not too bad, I guess. You can pay the rent online, which is convenient, however, it doesn't update properly a lot of the time and it's kind of confusing, even though I'm tech savvy. I've overpaid multiple times, even though it does eventually apply to the next month's rent. We have had roaches and people came and sprayed but we still have them and I don't think we can get help from them anymore because we've been here for over a month, which is extremely disappointing and not to mention disgusting. We have two sheds and the better one has a broken door so we can't use it as we can't lock it. Once everything is fixed and we stop running into problems, I'll be happier with this house. Our bathroom sink started leaking out of nowhere and it's been days and no one has even responded about coming out to fix the issue."

"I wish I could upload videos. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! My apartment floors a few weeks ago with all of the rain we had. I was literally in ankle deep water in every room of this apartment. I called and they acted like it wasn’t serious. Nobody EVER came out to get the water up. This complex is infested with roaches and just look at the garbage everywhere. There’s black mold growing in the corners and I know there’s black mold underneath the floors. They were notified about the flooding when they first took over and have YET to fix the problem on the outside of the building. This apartment will never be rented as long as everytime in rains it floods. Who wants to live like that? Not to mention they will not reimburse you for damages but they will bug you for rent. BBB needs to be made aware of this negligence. Sent an exterminator out ONCE and I don’t think it was even a real exterminator. There was no uniform or company vehicle. So glad I’m moving.. Rental city?! NO CRESTCORE! Same sorry people. I can see why they got sued and had to rename. Will constantly bug you for money but refuse to take care of their properties or tenants."

"If I could give the NO STARS I REALLY WOULD ! BUT SINCE I HAVE TO HERE ITS IS! I GIVE THEM ONEE STAR BECAUSE ITS BEEN 8 MONTHS SINCE IVE TOLD THEM THAT MY UNIT HAS WENT OUT ! It has literally been 95 degrees and up in my house ! My 8yr old daughter has been to the hospital twice and I’ve been once ! I’ve told them time after time that we both have asthma and the heat flares it up ! They have not been answering my phone calls now and that’s why in here ! Then you want me to pay my rent on time but don’t wanna came fix these problems!"
