"My family has been coming here since I was a kid with my mom and I can't imagine going anyplace else. These ladies have always taken excellent care of us and on the rare occasion a new nail tech makes a mistake, Cindy is quick to correct it and make it right. I wanted a special set to celebrate my milestone birthday this year and Miss Lisa went above and beyond with my gel x nails. With purple jelly polish, black matte French tips, gold webs and a jeweled spider design on stiletto nails I felt positively bewitching! I was blown away by her artistry and technical talent! My sets usually last me about a month even though I'm rough with my hands, I do a lot of fabrication and meticulous restoration of high visibility props. In my years of getting gel x, I've yet to break a nail outright. Kathy's Nails is definitely worth the time and money!"

"horrible staff. not skilled and so much attitude. went in for a simple french tip with hearts on one nail. michelle was rushing through everything, didn’t even clean my nails i had to ask her to do it and she rolled her eyes and sighed. i asked her to redo the hearts probably about 10x and they looked horrible. she said “its hard i don’t know what else you want me to do.” she charged me $40 for “design” for a FRENCH TIP and three days after getting them done almost all of the nails were lifting. i called the store to get a refund and she said they don’t do them and that she was “sorry.” i paid $92 for these nails when gel x starts at 55. this place is a scam with unskilled workers. DO NOT GO HERE!! save your money!"

"I came here today… I asked for a manicure with gel. I had polish on my nails, I asked them to please not to remove the polish with the electric filler because my nails are weak and take a long time to grow thus, I don’t want the top to nails to be weaken by the filling. They said “We will fill them but then we will put something to make them strong”. I said no please used nail polish remover not the electric filler to remove the polish. We went back and for on this. I walked out. If your customer is telling you something is for a reason. What is wrong with you guys?"

"I took my daughter to get her nails done and as a new customer honestly I was very doubtful because my daughter wanted something she saw on a magazine. And to my surprise Sandra did my daughter's nails exactly as in the magazine, also while waiting for my daughter there was a teenager that had her nails done right before my daughter she was fine the way her nails looked so she pay and left a few minutes later her brother brought her back saying he didn't like the nails so after a short conversation among them Sandra agreed to redo her nails again without arguing with the customer as it should be at all this places!"
