"Nicole was 30 min late for my appointment! When coming in, she didn't apologize for being late or making me wait. and when I politely said I have been waiting for 30 min. she said "you're being rude" SERIOUSLY. She made the excuse there was traffic. After wasting my 30 min, no apologizes!!! No dont go here. They won't respect your time and don't care for your business. I was a 1st time customer."

She definitely has skills she’s been doing this for a long time. She pays attention to detail and listens to your concerns. My blowout always looks very perfect. "I went in with my sister for her bridal trial. I asked if I could do a trial for my hair they said I could but it would not be a trial it would be full price,$55. I paid the price because I would hate my life if I went in and left hating my hair. I liked it so I went back. As I am getting my hair, Nida asks my hairstylist to Run and grab water from the store for a customer who was late for her own appointment. I was a paying customer who arrived 15 min late early to my appointment and now had to wait for my stylist to come back. Nida then offer wine to the customer who was late and to another customer who was getting her hair done. She did not bother to offer water nor wine to my mom and Me. I Felt that was very rude and unprofessional. To top off my whole experience, my hair was not at all how my “trial” was or I WOULD NOT HAVE WENT BACK."
