"Scheduled a full set with regular nail polish for myself and mother in law, my husband and father in law got a pedicure. I asked the price upfront, when I went to pay, they charged an extra $10 for the “tip” (referring to mail tips) when I mentioned I had called and confirmed upfront they were rude about it and said that was the price. Dishonest place don’t deserve business."

"I have gone to this nail salon multiple times because i enjoy the environment and they always did a good job. I got a gel manicure and about two days later it all chipped off. Since the weekend was New Years weekend I called after and the lady who just answered the phone "Hi" (I had to ask if this was the nail salon) had some kind of vicious attitude. I told her bout my nail issue and she said if I called within three days they would have fixed it free of charge. I said oh no I would PAY for it. This money hungry lady flipped and tried to charge me 35 dollars for a whole new manicure. when i said I just wanted to re-do TWO NAILS she said it would be $35 still. When i said oh its okay i will go somewhere else to fix...this very unprofessional lady just HUNG UP THE PHONE. I would be so embarrassed to own this salon - with this poor value work and unprofessional team. The lady who answered the phone needs a customer service class or 5 at least. Only go here if you like cheap work and unfriendly people."

"I got a full set of the organic dipping powder nails and pedicure here a little over a week ago. The staff was friendly and helpful and the prices were great. The finished nails looked a little dull; not as shiny and smooth as they normally do, first day. Still nice tho! I was happy. Two days later a nail broke without me doing anything rough with my hands...the next day, another nail...yesterday another one when I was ringing out a towel.. I decided I was going to remove the nails today — since I had already lost so many — and I could literally snap each nail off with little to no effort... I have gotten acrylic nails and the organic powder nails a lot at other salons and I have never had them be so brittle and useless (and these were much shorter than I normally get!) They were about as durable as stick-on plastic nails you buy at a drugstore... So bummed because they were a gift and I didn’t get to enjoy them. Maybe it was the dipping powder but I don’t think I’ll be coming back here. :/"
