"I went to Bone and Joint urgent care for an injury to my hip and lower back. From the time I went through the door, every person I encountered was kind, empathetic and professional. Receptionist got me checked in quickly and was in an exam room within minutes. She also was very helpful with post appointment scheduling. The x-ray tech was so kind and careful during that process. Todd Gee performed the exam and reviewed the x-rays with me. He asked great questions, listened, asked follow-up questions, was gentle with the physical exam and connected me to the right orthopedic for me. I’m grateful. On a scale of 1-10, they get an 11."

Each office was clean and organized. The office staff wiped counters etc for health protection for all. I was on a wheel chair due to a foot injury. This may not be important to some, but at are previous visits to 3 other buildings where none of the restroom doors stayed open while my husband attempted to roll the wheelchair into the bathroom. The door stayed open at the Bone and Joint institute. Our visit was thorough. All of my health records and x-rays were viewed before being seen. The PA was phenomenal.
