"The reason I went to this store was because it’s close to my house and I remember them being knowledgeable about their products! I went in looking for advice on the best product to buy, to help with frizzy hair ! There were two young girls behind the counter and when I asked for what I needed , they looked at each other like I was from mars! One had to ask the other , then one of them walked over to the hair products and was doing what I truly could of done if I went into any store ! She was reading the backs of the tubes and saying “this could work” No where on the tube did it say anything about what I was looking for! She went through 3 or 4 different products ! I did not feel at all confident! I did not want to spend $30 or $40 for the product not to work! I decided to go over to the hair stylist that works at the back of the store and asked her for advice ! Right away she gave me the name of a product , how to use it and also mentioned how great the product was!"
