"Make sure you hang up before complaining about someone asking a question they initially didn’t know the answer to. I can’t stand bad customer service. Have you never had a job before?? I work at target and it’s not that hard to keep it together & be nice to people no matter what kind of question is. My boyfriend was just asking a question and the girls who were working today were complaining about him asking the question( they forgot to hang up). Before that I can already hear a girl complaining. If it’s so unbearable to answer a question, go home. My boyfriend will be speaking to the manager."

"If they have the book or material in the store then I would reccomned it. But if what you need has to be ordered online, just look somewhere else because the wait is horrendously long and can negatively impact your grades if you rely on this booktore."

"It's like most college bookstores. If you need a required book right away, they generally have it but you can almost always find your materials for less online at the cost of waiting a few days for delivery. Books are grouped by authors last name, not by subject. There is not a printed class/book list so you have to access your class list online. Everything is clean and the clerks are attentive to students needs."

"The first time I purchased with the CSUMB bookstore, everything went fine. However this semester has been horrible. I paid an extra fee to have my textbook delivered in two days. I waited, waited waited, nothing. Called and they said that it was marked for shipping on the computer, but on the book itself it was marked doe pick up. (Note this call was at 8am). They said they were sorry for the mistake and that they would overnight ship. Waited and still nothing. Called again and the said it would be delivered that day. 7 days after my initial purchase!! They offered nothing to make up for the EXTRA money I spent for 2 day delivery either time. Very disappointed. PS. Writing this and still have not received textbook. Homework needs to be done and I am behind 4 days of class because of this."
