"I rented a duplex with them not knowing there was one water meter, then one of the agents' nephew and two roommates moved in and smoked marijuana all day. The maintenance man was the one that alerted me about the water. I ended up paying for their water. The secretary wouldn't do anything but say, " ask them for their part". I finally had enough of begging for them to pay me. I paid half and told them to go up there and pay half and they didn't. Which caused the water to be cut off. I was stuck paying it off. I asked for my deposit back and the secretary had a nasty attitude and wouldn't let me speak to my agent once again. She said, " You would take us to court, then you'd be out of more money!". I hope she has better customer service skills by now!"
