"Worst haircut experience of my life. I made an appointment online and when I got there, they said I would have to wait 30 min. since they don’t check appointments made online (there is no information on their website saying appointments should be made by phone). Then, Hoa the hairstylist, although she was really polite and listened to what style I wanted, was super rushed and I ended up with a lopsided haircut ( one side was longer than the other and the layers were completely uneven). I could tell she was hurried and distracted because as she was cutting I could see missed strands of hair and she would also look away to have conversations with other customers and staff while she was mid cutting my hair. I ended up having to fix the haircut when I got home (since the unevenness was more apparent once my hair dried). I wouldn’t have made $5 for this haircut let alone the $40 I actually paid. Overall, I will not be going back and do not recommend this place at all."

"I used to come here for my haircuts and my daughters hair dyes and cuts, they used to be very friendly and would make us feel very welcomed. The last two times I went there including today they have been looking at me with a moody stare and not greeting me anymore for whatever reason, a guy that has cut my hair before was just standing there and didn’t even offer to cut my hair. So me and my daughter walked out, i guess I’ll take my business elsewhere."

"$35 for a simple cut is too much.... claiming shampoo is bundled always is a scam, also I don't think they post pricing anywhere. It used to be a decent place but its changed. The staff is fine, location is fine, but the price and service is just off now. I suspect they use fake reviews to boost this score also because look at all those 1 star reviews."
