"Good first impression as we got a smile from the person behind the counter as we entered. One of the staff wasn't wearing a mask, which seemed odd considering it's a medical office. Their new patient documents were a pain as they were not easily fillable from my computer. The dentist was friendly and professional. 2nd visit wasn't as nice. Down to 2 stars. Dentist: "We're going to do a fluoride treatment, which is covered by your insurance". My insurance: "Fluoride treatment isn't covered". Dentist: "You owe us money AFTER the fact"."

"Horrible, unprofessional Dentist, Allison Austin, and caused swelling in my moms gums after 1 wk of the procedure of filling a crown for her! Very painful injection and inexperienced staff! They even tried to cheat her out of the cost even though she was going thru her insurance for majority of the costs. Stay Away!!! They don't even get their scheduling correct and give excuses for their lack of knowledge!"
