"Today was my first day for dental care. The team from the receptionist to the back crew greeted me with a friendly and made the visit comfortable. Before any procedure's, things were explained"
"Be careful with this clinic, I went for a periodontal problem for which they performed 2 surgeries, then they put crowns on me. Everything was going well until I complained about the pain after they put the crowns on. They sent me to a specialist who works for themselves, who gave his opinion and said that just by looking at the x-rays he could see that I needed a root canal on all those teeth. So I complained to the owner Dr. Morgan and he looked at me and promised to fix the damage, take away the pain and replace the crowns. Finally, when a new manager named Marisol started, everything became more difficult, since this lady who didn't know anything about my case, one time I arrived a little late due to traffic, in front of me scolded the receptionist. telling her that she was going to implement a new rule of charging $50 dollars if a patient was late, and I responded and when you call me and cancel my appointment, you are also going to pay me the $50 dollars. Well in the end I made an appointment to make a complaint to this woman Marisol and at that appointment I had my last crown done with Dr. Morgan, I complained about this woman's lack of professional ethics, and I told Dr. Morgan about the replacement that he promised me, because I was not satisfied with the backside is extremely rough .He told me that he never told me that he was going to replaced them, I was like no way this Dr, have the nerve to tell me in my face that he didn't say that, when i'm 100% sure that he did, while we were talking, this lady Marisol was super mad at me because i made a complaint against her. She when to her office to get some documents that I didn't notice at the time what i was signing, so, before you sign any document, make sure to reed it, and i found out later that document says that my treatment is already finished and that I have no right to any lawsuit, because that document covers everyone. In the end I was left with some horrible crowns, on the inside I felt rough, I called to go to my periodontist and have Dr. Morgan looked at me to fix the cement, and they said they no longer work there. Be very careful, if it happens to me it could happen to you."
"Took my son for a cleaning. I was there on time for his appointment. Marisol the office manager was the only one at the front counter and I asked if the appointment was going to take more than an hour. I explained I needed to be somewhere. Marisol assured me there would not be a problem since he was there for a cleaning. They called my son to a room. I was called to the room after and was told he needs laser treatment. Which I feel they like to add extra services to charge more. It was almost An hour later the technician comes out and asked me to sign paperwork to start his cleaning. I asked why his cleaning had not been completed since it’s almost an hour and she turned around rudely said she’s the only one there and if I don’t like it I can reschedule or wait. I said to the technician I was not going to reschedule and she needed to complete the cleaning. She turned around went to Marisol and whispered something to her. Marisol then said my son had not been seen over 6 months and X-rays were needed. I told her she knew that when I walked in and I asked if his appointment was going to take long. If she would have said yes I would not have a problem rescheduling. I explained to Marisol I’ve had problems with them in the past. Marisol said she didn’t want to hear me and said she was going to dis-enroll me and my family (which she did me a favor since I was going to do it anyways). Once we left my son told me that the technician asked him to leave a review asked him to open his phone and clicked on 5 stars. This is very unprofessional since he is a minor. I’m sure all the 5 star reviews this place has are because the technician stands there and makes sure the person writes a 5 star review. The staff is rude I don’t recommend this place. I won’t be surprised if they turn this review as if I did something wrong."
"I came in as a new patient. I was met at the front by a very nice girl name Clarissa. She helped me get set up as a patient. Then I went in the back and they began doing x-rays. She was very polite and saying please and thank you and being gentle putting the x-ray piece in my mouth. Then I was moved to another chair where the doctor came in and did gum measurements and looked at the x-rays. I need a couple crowns and about four small fillings and I need a deep cleaning. They are going to do that in just a short minute here. everyone in here has been so polite and so willing to explain everything step-by-step. I also discovered I must be grinding my teeth in my sleep and I didn't know I was doing that. So I feel lucky that I found this dental office that will give me the help I need . I explain to them that I am a big baby when it comes to dental work. It was a bad bad experience when I was a child so to this day I fear coming to the dentist. I'm very grateful I found this place because everyone in here has been so wonderful to me . I would definitely recommend for my friends to come here if they need any kind of dental work. Thank you!"
"I was able to schedule an appointment right away. Staff and doctors were extremely nice and helpful. The walked me though everything and answered all my questions. I really appreciate how comfortable they made me feel and how fast they work. I feel like my teeth are in good hands."
