"I’ll preface by saying, this is not my usual place. Im currently packing and moving so two of my nails broke. I came here without an appointment just to get my nails taken off and get a basic manicure. Basic! Well that was my mistake to think a basic manicure could not be done badly. I feel like the level of manicure I received is something I could have just done myself. And I suck at doing my nails. There was a lot of the GelX residue left behind, they didn’t get it all off. My nail ls were cut to different lengths until I said something. Also so more square and some more round. The polish looks bumpy because of the left behind GelX manicure. So I took the polish off when I got home. It was uneven anyways. Just a bad job all around. This is all setting aside the fact that the place was unkept and not very clean. DO NOT COME HERE."
"I’ve been going here for years & never had a bad experience. They’re always busy but I haven’t had a long wait. Professional, down to earth service. Fair prices."
"DO NOT VISIT. I have had bad service here before, but I ended up going back because they were the only one's open after I got off of work. Not only was I charged $45 dollars for a full set that is advertised as being $27 (and no they aren't long, I type all day at work so I actually request short nails every time I get them done). The nails are super wide, and the clear top coat they put on top literally rubbed off. I had to ask for gel top coat, and the guys had an attitude and did the top coat super sloppy (literally have dull spots all over where he failed to spread tho polish evenly). Oh and they have a sign that says they don't re-use files. That's a lie. The file he was using on my nails was so dull the emory coating was coming off of it. Literally have to schedule an appointment somewhere else in order to get them fixed. Save your money and time."
"Love this place. Inexpensive. I normally call last minute for a walk-in and I've never been turned away. Usually tell them when I can get there, and they tell me to come on in."
"Second time visiting this location in the past two months. I love how they take their time and pay attention to detail. They check with you if their work is good each step of the way. Their prices are very reasonable and worth it! Love my new nails!"
