"First and last time. Went in for a fill, manicure and pedicure. Jenny, started with the fill. I told you her I would like a manicure. She said, I will do it after. I told her first is the manicure then the fill. I've been in the beauty industry 30+ years. She said no honey, I do it this way. At the end my nails were uneven, crooked and looked like I needed a fill. I told her I was unhappy, I was charged $65.00 I asked her to fix them. She said she had no time come back tomorrow. Next day she fixed them, they were so thin, they broke off within a few days. Excellent pedicure, done by another woman."

"My mom, sisters, and I were regulars here for over 10 years. Then the salon changed; they started taking every walk-in and if you made an appointment they completely disregarded it. My mom and sisters switched to new salons and I started doing my own nails. I came back because I know their gel manicures last and my wedding is coming up. 3 weeks ago I made an appointment for a gel manicure and waited half an hour before they sat me. Came back today and half an hour went by and they still hadn’t even started. Running 10-15 minutes behind appointments is understandable, but to consistently keep your appointments waiting for half an hour, especially when the client is on-time, isn’t professional. This was my last time coming here."
