He was seen at Vanderbilt the same week- they ordered an MRI (which should have been done to begin with) and that showed a herniated disk with an additional tear. He was also given medications that weren’t supposed to be taken together and did not know until the dr. At Vanderbilt told him."

"I hurt my shoulder and needed to see someone quickly for the pain I was experiencing. I called this office and they got me in within a couple of hours. Patrick at the front desk was so polite and welcoming. The girl that brought me back and roomed me was kind and detailed about why I was there. Caraline came in to assess my injury and come up with a game plan and I was SO impressed with her. She was quick, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. My visit was fantastic. I ended up calling the office a week later with concerns at the end of the day, so I wasn't expecting a call back for at least 24-48 hours. However, Patrick talked to Caraline and they reached back out to me within 5 minutes of our conversation. This says a lot about a practice when they make a point to get you a solution and go out of their way to address it and call you back at the end of a busy clinic day, when they more than likely want to go home. I feel 100% confident that I am in great hands with this team. I hate that I'm in pain, but I know they care about me as a patient."
