"We’ve been coming here for over two years, and we are counting down the days until our second child has completed her first year of vaccines. Honestly, this place started off great but it has become awful over the past year. First, they have no respect for patient’s (and their parents’) time. They ask you to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, but then, even if you complete that paperwork before your schedule appointment, you can expect that you will be waiting up front for AT LEAST 15 minutes before you go back to a room. Then when you go back, expect another 15 minutes before the doctor will come back. In the past year, we have NEVER had an appointment here take under an hour and half from arrival to departure. What makes this more frustrating is the fact that none of the rooms are in use when you go back, so there’s no reason for the first wait, it’s just poor staffing. Second, the front desk staff is exceptionally rude. While there are a few exceptions, they mostly don’t make eye contact when talking to you, don’t smile, don’t say hello, please or thank you. Add to that their weird “policies” like the fact that they won’t schedule an annual appointment for your child because they only schedule 6 months out. But then, when you call 6 months out, they are booked out for months. Something doesn’t make sense. If you have your baby at the hospital across the street, this is a convenient option to have your child’s first appointments. But, if you have ANY other option, I’d consider them to try to not add more stress and frustration to your life."
"I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my baby’s care, everyone there is so caring and compassionate, always going above and beyond to help and answer all my first time mom questions, we love everyone from admin staff to nurses and providers. Keep up the good work!"
"Today was the last day I will deal with them. Been coming here for over 12 years but the last few years has gotten progressively worse. It is impossible to get an appointment. Had a wellness visit scheduled a few months back, left work 2 hours early picked up both my kids from school early. 5 mins away from the office and they call me to say they are canceling my appointment because their power has been out for several hours... out for several hours and you wait til right before my appointment to call and tell me? If I cancelled right before I would have still been charged. Now I can't get my son's shot record certified before school starts. Your staff really needs some customer service training. This is not how you treat people. Taking my business elsewhere."
