"My partner Kayla was excited to come back to this salon after being a long time customer for years. The male technician who was assigned to her her did not give her a choice of colour and when she made a comment about not being happy with the colour he told her that they had to use that standard one. He glued all over her finger and did not clean it up what so ever which drastically increases the chances of contact dermatitis. He disregarded her happiness as the customer and her wants. She did not feel like she could come to a satisfied conclusion with him as he did not listen when he was told to stop and he argued that he was correct in justifying his decision. She is distraught at the work and feels unsafe to return."

"I have been going there since I was 16...yes long time...loved peter and his wife....stopped going then went over two years ago and Ellen was the new owner of which I also loved. Kelly and Tran are always helpful...stop going for about 6 months wlduebto work schedule went again last Tuesday to find out there was a new owner...place doesn't feel right anymore there is no good atmosphere...not to mention the owner sounds rude...even tho they speak their language you can tell she was getting her employees in trouble for not doing something she wanted right....so I paid over $100 for a pedi and nail dip....this is a week later (see images) nails are lumpy they used dried up gel liquid and the feel within a week....while other place lasted upto 3 weeks...not sure if powder there is shelf life but if so FYI those powder they are using is over 2 years old"
