"I’ve been coming here for a couple months as it’s so close to me and has the best reviews. The service is always ok, short wait times, and fast service. Yesterday I went in for a routine pedi and brought my own gel color. At first the lady who worked on me insisted I choose from their book, I told her this is the color I wanted and had brought. I’m a nail technician myself and have observed from each visit that they do not use newly sanitized tools, they always just roll whatever cart they have on the floor available to you. Knowing this I have always taken the risk. I’m 8 months pregnant and I haven’t been able to reach my own toes for a while now. The older lady that worked on me was extremely rough on me with the tools and at one point I thought I was bleeding. My toe has felt so raw and sore since then. Listen ladies, your nail services should NEVER hurt. Please don’t let anyone trick you into thinking that it’s the norm, believe me experienced nail technicians will always prioritize health, sanitization, and experience. At the end of the day she also still charged me for the add on gel color which is $10, even though I had brought my own gel color. I didn’t have a good experience this time, I felt in pain instead of relaxed, and now I’m hoping that I don’t have an infection. Update: I just cleaned out pus from the side of my toenail that has been throbbing. She definitely hurt me and gave me an infection. Do NOT come here!!!"

"This place has great service just went in today for the first time to get my nails done for my birthday and honestly they do such a great job and take their time. i love how much detail they put into their work ! i would definitely recommend coming here ! i can’t never find a place where i truly leave loving my nails but i loved my nails from here ! i will be coming back here from now on ! thank you !"
