"At first I did not wanted to put this review up, but I just cannot forget the way I felt for the past couple of weeks since Sylvia from New Difference worked on my hair. First, this is is the result of a poorly and rushed job. She stained my clothes, my skin to the point where I couldn't put my hair up because the skin had big patches of black dye color. She left dye color in my hair, and because of that, I had to wash my hair the same day and the entire red color came right off. The saddest part, is that she charged me $240 for this poorly done job and left me with all my face skin stained. I hope the owner, Henry will do something about it, because she cannot let a customer get out of the door in this condition."
