"Manager Valerie is extremely rude. How dare I take an emergency phone call while in the chair. She came over and scolded me. She’s been rude every time I’ve gone here and I see it’s a pattern since there’s other reviews saying the same thing. I wonder why the owner allows this behavior. Bad for business, we went elsewhere and were very happy. This salon treats its patrons like a number. Never again."

"I’m a little torn about this place. My first experience was good, but my second wasn’t. The second felt like any high volume nail spot where they get you in and out, don’t ask you if you like the shape, don’t really help you with the color you want, etc. I think if you find someone you like, try to make your appointment with them vs someone random. I had asked for purple sheer (I emphasized this) and she picked this coloring saying it was. Well with dip you can’t really tell the color until layers later and clearly this wasn’t. The lady (think her name was Hannah) was a little rough too. I had cut my pinky and even after pointing it out, she still hurt me a few times after. Considering the price point, I’m more open to trying other spots next time I visit now."
