"When I started coming to Nail Boss and I was very happy. Even though they are a little expensive on the average, I spent about $130-$150 to Get a manicure for acrylics And pedicure. However, shortly after my third visit getting my nails done, the gel polish started chipping A few days after getting them done at a event that I was attending, I was mortified when the nail gel polish went flying across the table. This Not only happened to me, but I referred 2 other friends to the salon, and it happened to one of my friends as well. The problem comes when I called the salon to let them know of the issue and Management was not understanding and lacked acceptable customer service. This Happened to me not one time but two times, and Management was not able or willing to work with me and charged me for the polish change (I don’t make a scene I just don’t go back ) I feel as if they were accusing me of something when I try to explain to her it was clearly the product. The location Nail Boss is a new location in the area. However, I feel the management and the people that are running It are not Understanding to all customers that come through the door. Be very cautious if you go there, but I recommend that you don’t. In my lifetime I’ve only posted issues that I have with Products or services twice and it had to been very horrific for me to do so this is my second time posting."

"I usually go to this salon satisfied but this time I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with my nails. I asked for coffin nails and got square nails. I also asked for my cuticles to be cut but they weren’t cut until the end. The glue the lady used was so thick that it spilled onto my finger tips, when I put my hand under the UV lamp it literary burned my skin. So disappointed. Some of the nails are crooked."

"It looks very clean and organized. I came in to ask abt pricing for a gel x set, and they were very upfront with prices. I think the lady who did my nails was named Hannah, and she was so sweet and did my nails perfectly. When I wanted a design, she even offered to use design stickers to lessen the total cost. This set cost $75 before tip, which is about avg in this area."

"This beautiful salon is located in the Rodeo39 area. The decoration of this nail salon is absolutely beautiful and the people working there are friendly. I've got the boss pedicure today for the first time and I liked it but am not 100% satisfied. The lady who did my pedicure was very nice but she needs to communicate more with the customer because she never asked how I feel when she wrapped my legs with a really hot towel and put my feet in the hot paraffin- wax. It would be nice if you can ask the customer how they feel before you do it and my feet n legs are still red from the hot wax and burning from the hard scrub. The area near my cuticle wasn't painted evenly but still is highly acceptable. However, the massage made up for it. Or else I would feel very disappointed with every penny I spent today."
