I was there for a work comp injury, had shoulder surgery and he / his office, neglected to fill out the necessary lines to close out my case. Not once, twice! So now another 2-3 weeks waiting on that to get to my attorney. It's blatantly obvious that office definitely works for the insurance company."

"Sunday service took on an entirely new meaning with my spur of the moment visit to Urgent Care at TOA. The urgent care clinic near me URGED me to get there with as much haste as three broken ankle bones, a splintered tibia and fibula could take. The waiting area is open, peaceful and clean. The attendants in each area are efficient and they hold their observation/opinions for the doctor: Good or bad. I left with an appointment with the doctor for the next day and dos and don’ts from the medical assistant on duty. Cost: less than a long stay at the ER."

"The front people were great. The doctor I saw was awful. He would not listen to me. He had made his decision on what my problem was without even talking to me. He kept saying it was a different body part causing the problem. He also didn’t believe I had an allergy I told him I had. He went on to drill me on who tested me and who diagnosed me. I used to love some of the doctors here but they left before COVID and these new ones won’t listen to you and treat you awful. They have no respect for you at all."

"I was visiting Nashville from out of town and was thrilled to find an orthopedic urgent care (I didn't even know those were a thing!) that was open on the weekend and in-network with my insurance. The customer service was fantastic - super friendly front office staff, and equally accommodating mid-level providers. I mentioned I had to board a flight in a few hours and they put me in a boot for my bad sprain so I wouldn't have to deal with crutches at the airport. I was in and out of the facility in under 90 minutes, including x-rays. Probably would've been quicker if their computer system hadn't been giving them trouble with my registration. Highly recommend!"
