"I was not made aware that I had an infection and the anesthetic wouldn’t work. She did what I thought was a root canal. I felt the entire thing. By the end of the appointment I was shaking and crying. I was THEN told why the anesthetic didn’t work. Sure, everyone was very nice, but the communication is LACKING."

"I absolutely love and trust the dentist here who owns the place! Super sweet! Very nice! Knows her stuff and I have huge dental fears due to bad experiences in the past! The front desk needs help though! I left 3 messages to get a prior authorization on a prescription and no one called me back. The 4th try I got through and the gal was super rude and defensive saying she didn’t know about the calls and would take care of it. She never took care of it! My pharamcy also called and got no call back or response!! When I came in for an appointment I complained to a technician or assistant because I was first to arrive and they took 2 people before me when we all had the same time appt because it just opened! He was apologetic saying he didn’t know who came first and just took whoever!! I then went on about what had happened about the calls and got the dentist herself to talk to me. She’s taking care of it now. I was also annoyed I had just taken X-rays a few months ago and had to retake them delaying much needed work as I have to wait longer now for approval from my insurance which should have been done already! I would give it 3 stars but they are only there 2 days a week and I did not know this as it doesn’t state it on the answering machine. Had I not liked the dentist herself as much as I do I would’ve gone elsewhere weeks ago!"
