"Went in on a Sunday morning for a gel manicure. No wait time. Nail tech was nice but final product was meh. I’d give my nails a solid 4/10. Application of the nail polish wasn’t the best. I have a lot of acrylic polymer left under my nails and I had to return to get them cleaned up. I paid $45 but probably won’t be coming back."

"Horrible service! I told the lady to give me a minute because I reveived an important phone call from work and she kept rushing me to pay! Then another lady came and asked for my cc. I said please give me a minute and she said that the other lady had to go to lunch and demanded me to pay her while I was trying to wrap up my call. I told them that they were so wrong for treating me that way and rushing me to pay before I even put on my shoes. They have no manners! Unethical, knowing it was an important call. The lady even complained to me about another customer who was questioning why they were going to charge her $5 extra to remove gel off her toes. Never again will I come here. Also, I was not going to complain about their sanitation procedures but now I will. They only wash the instruments with a solution but they do not sterilized them properly! I should have known better then to come here as it did not look clean when I walked in! My nail place actually brings out their instruments ,wrapped, out of a sterilizer. I don’t recommend this place and if you are a regular I suggest you question their sanitation procedures!!!!! Also, a different lady ,who had nothing to do, was trimming her own nails and grabbing her feet and did not wash her hands before touching things around her. She put the tools she used back in her cubby. They need to learn but I see that the owner has low expectations of her employees."

"First time here I did my eyebrows they were not what I thought they would been. Then I had the lady do my 12yr old daughter's nails and literally she filled too hard she cut her 3 times. My daughter is the type to just let it be and it upset me because when I tried to explain to the lady she acted like she didn't see anything. I don't recommend this place. They don't even do a fabulous job sorry not sorry"

"I usually go here a lot but this last visit was bad went in for a dip fill and pedicure I always bring my own dip powder never had a problem but this time she rushed and made my nails thick didn’t have me wash my hands no cuticle oil had excess powder and polish on my fingers. When I mentioned It she blamed the powder I brought and said I needed to pay $5 more if I wanted her to fix and clean It. Be careful if you go here"

"I had went there for the first time the other day and got a navy blue gel manicure, the lady on station 3 did not let them dry long enough and she had to apply a second top coat for not waiting long enough before using the cotton ball to cleanse the nails. A day later my polish had already chipped on two nails so I went in to get them fixed the guy who fixed them did the same thing, just not waiting long enough for them to dry and also he did the nail gel coat thicker than all my other nails, he also reapplied a top coat to all of them and it burned really bad when I put my fingers under the light, no to mention he didn't do such a good job with top coating them either it was sloppy. Now I need to go back in for the third time because they are chipping again, I've never gotten a gel manicure this bad before they usually do them very good at the mall but at this place they don't seem to have patience. I might even ask for a refund because I'm so upset I need to keep going back in."
