"I left there bruised and angry. The guy that did my nails was very rough. I explained to him that I had arthritis. He said “not a problem”. He then became more rough. He twisted my fingers, yanked on my arm, & nearly pulled my shoulder out of its socket. He does not use his words to tell you what position he wants your hand in, he roughly manipulated it. I left there with bruises on my arms because he was yanking so hard on my arms. This guy needs to be in construction not the beauty industry. My nails looked all right, but I will never go there again. The place was dirty and the equipment was old and worn. I got like a 3 minute massage with my pedicure. The massage chair did not work either. I do not recommend this place at all."

"Very bad experience, i asked for something specific and was told the could do it it turned out that the lady couldn’t do what i asked for and had to settle with this, she hurt my nails multiple times and made me bleed, i was not rude about it, after asking the lady to fix my nails because i didn’t like how they looked, she was upset and very rudely pulled on my hands, and started doing the nails very rough and skipping steps, she seemed very upset and even decided to only put one coat of black even though you could see it not we’ll colored, she even decided to charge me extra because i asked to fix the nails because “it was a waste of time” according to her. I did not feel comfortable going back to fix it there since they took 2 hours to do these nails and i live quite far, so the owner decided that she wasn’t going to do anything about it."

"Ever since my friend told me about Nail Box its honestly the only shop i want to come to . They dont do basic they do quality nails. I live 30 minutes away and the drive is well worth it. Wish they had a location close to my house."
