"Embarrassingly horrible. The owner Rose, not only tries to act better than (like calm down ma’am you are doing my lashes right now, like who works for you who, ya know?), but besides her try-hard front she attempts to portray, she is just a flat out horrible eyelash technician - I mean god awful (please see corresponding pictures to see what I am referring to). I left the salon looking like a clown, she gave me some completely lopsided butch job and thought that was okay? Now I know why she didn’t hand me the mirror at the end of my appointment (like they are supposed to - of course, she did not). She even had the nerve to tell me at the end of my appointment to be careful because the sunscreen I was wearing seemed greasy and that could potentially ruin my eyelash extensions (let’s not forget she is saying this to me while looking at me dead in the eye - aka looking at a completely lopsided set of false lashes), like the sunscreen at this point was the least of my worries. When I got to my car and pulled down the mirror I cried because I had an event I had to go to later that day and I knew I couldn’t go looking the way I did. So after paying to get my lashes done, I had to go down to the drugstore and purchase individual fake lashes and place them on the one eye Rose decided only needed 3 or 4 eyelash extensions. Oh, and the cherry on top of the worst full set of eyelash extensions I have ever received was when I got to my car and realized the utter disgrace that was placed upon my eyelashes I immediately texted and sent pictures to the salon, aka Rose the OWNER, letting them know how upset I was and how I couldn’t believe they would let me leave the salon this way. The response was just as disappointing as the execution of my full set, Rose replied with not one sorry or apology, not one ounce of remorse or embarrassment over the fact a client is this upset over what she had done, and of course there was no mention of a refund whatsoever, no of course not, instead I got a reply that said not even “Hi” back but instead said, “Well, can you come in later today before closing?” I said no because of my event and then she followed up with “Well, what about tomorrow on my lunch?” I said “Sure” in the moment, but then ended up blowing off my appointment as I couldn’t even bring myself to let that woman touch my eyelashes again. All in all, RUN do not walk as fast as you can AWAY FROM THIS SALON. If I could give it -10 stars I would and anyone reading this please remember this review is about the OWNER of the salon if this is how atrocious she is, can you imagine how anyone else who works under her at the salon would be (since we all know the owner sets the tone of whatever establishment they are running). My advice to you Rose would be this: instead of talking to your employees about what plastic surgery you want to trick your husband into buying you so that you can “change your whole face” during my entire appointment, why don’t you, I don’t know, actually focus on applying a correct and EVEN full set of lashes on the client who is paying you for eyelash extensions and that way maybe just maybe someone might not have as horrific of an experience as I did, but I’m not going to hold my breath as this will most likely not happen."
