"Don't waste your time. Zero customer service. Got here before 9 like they had listed online. They didn't open until 10 actually. As I'm waiting in the car they arrive to work. As their setting their things down two women rush in before 10 and when I walk in at 10 I'm told come back in an hour. They saw me waiting. They lost some good business since I always tip well."

"I've been coming here since i was 16yrs old. I'm 29 now, the service has definitely changed throughout the years. This last time they asked me to wait 20min for a pedicure. I waited 40+ min. And then they tried to rush my pedicure. They weren't really trying to invest time in my cuticle and cleaning our my nails... but I asked for them to do so, i spend about 50min doing my nails and my total was 38+tip. And i wasn't too satisfied."
