After many complaints from your renters youd think they would install cameras but theyre solution was a volunteer neighborhood watch. As if the people living there want to go play superhero just so we can park our car."

"After 13 years of living at Oakley apartments it has always been peaceful and quiet to the best I have seen in all of my years, since clara has come on board. Any repairs that were needed were done in 24 hours. Management has always been kind and courteous to me. We have flowers year round and makes for a beautiful landscape. I recommend living at 120 Oakley Apartments! It is quiet and the neighbors are quiet and friendly ☺️!"

"My first impression? The staff at 120 Oakley are so helpful and go out of their way to ensure the residents comfort and needs are met. More than that; however, when we finally moved in the staff made sure to come and address our needs as soon as possible once maintenance requests were put in. Usually less than 24 hours. The property itself has been one of the best my family has looked at over the last year and even has a better layout and upkeep than the one we left to move here. I am glad to say I don’t see us moving anywhere else in the future as long as the same company owns the property. We are quite happy here. They even did the same amount of work and care to get my brother into a place in the same building as my family. That meant so much to us. Thanks to the staff! You are amazing and we are so grateful for you!!"

"Ms. Hulit, and Mr. Martin. These guys have went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met before moving in. And I can be very needy. I work nights and sleep Sleep all day, I have a 4 year old who needs me, I can’t always be on time to do things because I’m always tired. These 2, listen to me complain, stayed late to make sure my needs were met, and when I complained about where I was being place due to the cars that would be passing by, Ma. Clara Hulit treated me like family. She listened and tried her best to fix the problem. She did fix the problem, moving me to a place far from the street, and Mr. Martin made sure that all the appliances were brand new. You guys are the absolute best. I mean that. You’ve made moving for me so quick easy and fun. I’m not from here and you’ve treated me as if I were family. Thank you, seriously. You can’t find good people theses days, especially when money is being exchanged. Another place would have told me to deal with the cars and such, but you 2. I am proud to be here. Thank goodness I found this place. You 2 are the best."
