"If I GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!! If you want high school drama this is the place to go because that's all here especially with Amber & Heidy and the manager name Stephanie. They literally fight in front of clients and they are so unorganized and unprofessional bout talking bout each other. They pick arguments like a fifth grader. Thinking I actually liked this placed and loved the vibe until you feel the bad vibes from the other nail technicians. If you're looking for wonderful customer service this is your place Imao not only will they track social media pages but they will insult in you Spanish, if that's not enough omg girls let me tell you about how they feel about you complaining about your nails falling off the next day and lacking services for saying they know how to do gel x when Heidy the nail tech didn't follow basic instructions for it. The nails came off the next day. Stalking a well client page isn't Normal y'all need help. All of you Stephanie the owner from Sheila nails, Amber, Chelsea and omg the last one Heidy. ( they will track you down and you will see all of them on your stories) From the whole experience I have to say I love Ms. Stef work... I was Stef client and omg she was the best one there she keeps to herself and does wonderful work on GelX and acrylics and omg lashes from the whole nail salon she's the best one person their. She was so easy to talk to and she made you feel loved and so comfortable with your nails and yourself. Even if she works in this disgusting situation called a nail industry. I express my customer service to the manager and she aka Stephanie the owner from Sheila Nails leaves YOU ON SEEN DEFINITELY I GIVE YOU AN A FOR BEING A HORRIBLE BOSS. She doesn't care for your opinions or anything, she only cares bout her money and I remember her telling me over the phone this is how beauty industry works. I never had an bad experience from a nail salon ever in my life. Nor did I want to leave a review but y'all wouldn’t leave my page alone."
