"This dentist (Dr. Boyd) performed multiple dental crowns over a number of years. I have had 2 replaced from improperly fitted crowns and a tooth that required root canal a few months after having the tooth crowned. The tooth was sensitive before the crown and root canal should have been done before the tooth was crowned. A few years later, that tooth became infected, and I had to have it extracted and a bridge placed in its place. I was informed today of 2 more crowns that need to be replaced because of workmanship. The amount of money wasted is frustrating nevertheless the experience of having to do them again. My current dentist asked if it was one of those 1 day dentist because of the poor workmanship, unfortunately no it wasn't."

"I visited this dental clinic with my wife at the recommendation of my co-workers. The Dentist examined me and complimented me on the health of my teeth and asked that I set up an appointment for a regular cleaning which I did. At the appointment, the " hygienist" decided that I " do not qualify" for a regular cleaning and I require deep cleaning that will cost $1,200. She said the bleeding caused by her poking my gum with her tools necessitate the deep cleaning disregarding the opinion of the expert dentist. I asked her to do the regular cleaning because that is what I came for and she insisted that " I do not qualify" for a regular cleaning contrary to the opinion of the dentist. I was confused as to who runs that clinic and who I should believe so I simply decided to walk away and find another dentist"
