"Worst hair haircut experience I’ve experienced. I went in for a trim to take care of some heat damage/split ends that have been an issue recently. The hairstylist was extremely judgmental making multiple comments about how long it must’ve been since my last haircut - I acknowledged it, it shared that I’ve been busy lately and was there to address the problem and she still continued the remarks. Not that but she didn’t communicate what she was doing as she cut and managed to miss all of the split framing, face. I have a friend who has gone there with great success, and all I can say, is very disappoint, and cannot recommend"

She took 1 hour to cut my son’s hair. A simple haircut. She left his hair uneven, chopped and crooked. It was a disgusting job. My son has Autism and had a challenging time with what she did to his hair. Nina should not be cutting hair or needs additional experience versus damaging peoples hair."
