She asked if I wanted gel, and I said no. Guess what? No, actually means no at this place. She didn't ask me again. The price I was quoted was also the price I paid. No hidden charges. I will be back for sure."

"So I came to this salon with high hopes. I called before hand to make sure they had employees to do an acrylic gel fill. I was told yes to please come now. When I arrived I was told to sit in certain chair then I was asked to move down one chair every two minutes. it was frustrating but I delt with it. Then I get someone very brand new to the cosmetology world. She barely spoke any English which is fine I understand how diverse this world is. Every time she would speak she would need the very young girl to translate. I specifically told this girl 4 times what I needed and it was still done wrong, I asked for an acrylic fill. I knew there was something wrong when she put my fingers in an acetone bowl. So I then asked if she was going to do a new set? she said oh no the lady who does that just left. she was referring to the manager. All the while this was going on I watched that same manager pass me up for a client of hers that came in after me for her to help her client over me. I am by no means special but all I ask is simple decency and respect and I couldn't even get that. I will never return."
