"Had appointment on this day and had very bad experience with this office. Front desk was very unprofessional and rude. The person at the front desk talks down to people based on their race. All patient’s forms were requested to be filled and signed on the paper and then transcribed into computer system. Subsequently asked to check the ACCURACY(?) and re-sign those forms again. Maybe the office doesn’t mind to repeat doing the same thing again but that sure wasting people’s time and energy. As later Dr Hung got involved in the communication, he had admitted that they were technologically behind and still using the pepper folder for the last twenty some years. Never got any apology for the mistreatment and being talked down from any one in that office. Such bad attitude and bad service led me wondering whether the dental work would be the same. I had no choice but to cancel the appointment. My advice is if you’re an Asian you should reconsider visiting this office."
