Northfield Manor Apartments

"Lived here a couple months ago and fulfilled my lease however apparently they are saying I broke the lease and charged me a huge broken lease termination fee of 1400. Even though I have signed documents and everything my lease was fulfilled. Also they stated they would upload damages to the portal of the apartment after I move out for proof of damages and they have not why cause they wanna charge 1400 for damages that aren’t really there . Mind you the only damages caused by me while there was wall paint which they already charged me $400 for . They also wanna charge a parking fee which is not listed in the lease and while there I’ve never had to pay for parking but all of a sudden when I move out it’s on my bill that’s needs to be paid off??! Y’all got some explaining to do ."

"This place was amazing! Great people, great management, and great apartments for pricing!! Apartments are right next to a great grocery store, restaurant, fitness center, and school if you have kids! All which are in really close walking distance. I had an awesome time staying here!"
