"DO NOT GO HERE, highly do not recommend this dentist. First their system isn’t upgraded electronically for referrals, everything is through mail which takes FOREVER to get approved. I waited 2 months for my root canal to get approved and still nothing, left me with an infection on my tooth. Next they try to manipulate you into doing a procedure the same day you’re there but having you to pay for it out of pocket & tell you your insurance doesn’t “cover for it” such as (teeth cleaning, crowns etc). Found a new dentist that approved me in less than 2 weeks and covered my deep teeth cleaning and crowns. They don’t even deserve one star!"

"DO NOT COME TO THIS DENTIST! I came here to get my braces and was told I was getting the Hawley retainers when I first did my contract. When my contract was over, they were giving me the plastic retainer instead of the Hawley retainers. I had to pay to get my Hawley retainer that I was told from the beginning I was getting. I even emailed a paper that their receptionist gave me stating I was getting the Hawley retainers and they didn’t honor it. I wouldn’t trust this place. I’m really disappointed and upset with how everything was handled. I had even recommended a couple of friends to come here before my contract ended. I will never be recommending anyone to this dentist ever again!"

"Do not go here for any ortho treatment. I’m serious. I hated my entire experience and results. I went here on the recommendation of a friend and I highly regret it. Had 4-5 different orthodontists during my 2 years in braces here and they all had greatly different treatment plans so they’d randomly change how long it’d take for me to be done, whether I needed my appliance or not, etc. I was always extremely compliant with my appointments, would come in every month and always wore my rubber bands yet I still ended up with an obvious misalignment between my front teeth. When they broke a bracket off trying to clip the wire for me one time they just left it off not caring to even put the bracket back on. Consistently they would use latex gloves on me and I would tell them every time in the beginning “I’m allergic to latex” but nobody would ever update my chart or maybe not even look so it would continue to happen. Certain assistants would argue “well it’s not in your chart” that I eventually gave up and would just deal with the rash I’d have after. Any decent dental professional would have at least asked if I have any latex allergy before just starting to work on my teeth but not once did anybody ask. Absolute negligence and poor standard of care. Very rarely would I get an assistant that was decently nice, for the most part everybody had a horrible attitude as well. Scheduling was always a pain and sometimes it’d even be a random surprise when my appointment would actually end up being since they’d randomly change the time from what they’d write on my appointment card and what would be verbally said. Even towards the end of my treatment when I was supposed to be scheduled for the next month to get my braces removed they messed up and scheduled a regular 30 min appt in the afternoon so once I went in they said there’s no time to take them off and make the retainer. Had to wait an extra month for no reason and they almost made the exact same mistake in scheduling for the following month before I corrected them. I know it might be somewhat cheaper to get ortho here than some other places out there but trust me it’s not worth it. I’ll eventually have to go through ortho again to get my teeth where I actually want them and to be happy with them. Don’t make my mistake and just go to the right place the first time, and I can promise you this place is not it."

"The worst experience EVER!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Every cleaning they insisted on laser treatments that cost any where form $700 to $1000 and it not covered by insurance. I was told my daughter would have to have her braces for 3.5 years and would need appliances and head gear to correct her overbite. SHE NEVER received the head gear or appliances and when we would ask everyone seemed so clueless. My daughters braces were removed today and she still has an overbite. I feel ripped off by these people. No one knows what they are doing. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!"

"I would recommend this place if you don’t mind waiting for a couple of hours. Appointments are never on time. They insisted I do a laser for my kids and only after they completed the treatment they told me it’s not covered by the insurance and I had to pay $1000 out of pocket. Make sure you are very clear about everything .Don’t be tricked into signing."
