"I had a 6:30 appointment for a fill and pedicure. It was 7:30 and they hadn't started on me yet. I walked out. I would have preferred to be told no when I phoned for an appointment than to have wasted one hour of my time. I am sure they had walk-ins waiting but appointments should be honored or just don't make them. Never going back. There are plenty of manicurists around and no one is worth waiting an hour for."
