"I used to come here years ago and never had an issue. I visited not too long ago after work to get my nails done for a very special occasion after not having my nails done for nearly two years. I paid a little over $80 for both full set acrylics and a gel pedicure. Andy was going to do my nails, but I was getting a bit nervous because through past experience I noticed they're tough with their tools when they're in a rush or are about to close. In the end, they came out how I wanted and looked very nice. But as time went on, one of my fingers started to hurt so bad I couldn't take it anymore. I went somewhere else to finally get them removed after two weeks of having them on and they were so incredibly careful because of how much it was hurting me. My finger started burning a lot and after when looking at my nail I realized it was because there was a huge split in the middle. Part of my nail has now fallen off and when I tried calling to explain the situation I was met with no sympathy but hostility instead. I'm not sure who answered but she was so rude when she didn't have to be and not willing to hear why I was calling. She was too focused on telling me it was my fault because I didn't know anything about nails and that they've never had issues with other customers (which is not true if you look at their other Yelp reviews). I wanted nothing but for this issue to be acknowledged by the person who did my nails so it doesn't happen to anyone else. I know this is a rare occurrence, but it did happen and it happened to me. My nails were strong and healthy before and now they're super short and thin. I have never run into this problem anywhere else until I came back here. I'm incredibly disappointed with how this was handled. The photos are to show what my nails looked like before and after coming here for context."

"They have a clean space and are not busy. The old lady with short hair and glasses helped me and she is so unprofessional. She did a good job with my nails but was rude and unfriendly. She was done in like 10 minutes with the service I paid and left while doing my nails to attend other people. When finished she just stood up and say okay done you can pay here. We left and nobody said thank you or something.. oh and she cut my cuticle and said nothing just cleaned aggressively"

"They always do a great job and are very friendly and more importantly they are CLEAN. Since I've moved to the OC i haven't found a place as good or reasonable in price. I always get compliments on the colors and Style. I sneak away sometimes and come back here. It's totally worth it!!!"

"Really good service. The place is really clean and calm. They only accept cash. The prices are decent compared to the ones in West Hollywood. They do a really good job for what you pay. I definitely recommend this place."
