She really takes her time to make sure your hair looks exactly how you want it to and always does such an amazing job. She’s also so so sweet and I just adore her! "I was in need of a haircut and recently moved to the OC area, so I looked on yelp and stumbled across Hairgram. I booked an appointment with Mina and was excited. Was instantly disappointed in the middle of my haircut. First thing that rubbed me the wrong way was her attitude. I’m not sure if I book an appointment with the “sweet” and “friendly” Mina everyone in the reviews are talking about but she was extremely rude and would snap at me to not move my head; like?? I don’t even intend to do so and you’re getting mad? When she asked me what haircut I wanted, all I asked first was what she thought would suit my face shape and she says “Can you just show me the picture because I don’t know.” I didn’t expect these type of rude and abrupt responses. Another thing was the haircut. She was rushing it and my curtain bangs didn’t end up being even. Although the layers turned out fine, I would never go back again. It is so hard to talk to someone who is mean and has an attitude. A waste of money just to deal with someone who has a bad attitude and doesn’t care about the quality of your haircut."

"I wish I could give Hairgram more than 5 stars! I had an amazing time! I got a haircut and digital perm so it took about 4 hours but it went by so fast because of how much fun I was having! Mina really takes such good care of you here! I showed her inspiration pics and she did exactly what I wanted, BUT BETTER! I love my haircut and hairstyle so much! I've always had pin straight, long hair so I was nervous to make such a drastic change. But it was totally worth it and having Mina as my hairdresser/hairstylist made the whole experience so memorable! She's fun, easy to talk to, and so caring! I felt so comfortable the entire time. She gave me recommendations for hair care products, answered all my questions, and provided all the directions I needed. Since she caters to one client at a time, you can expect to be pampered! She took pictures of the final look and we made TikToks too! A one of a kind place that I'm looking forward to coming back to! Thank you, Mina!"
