I’ve only seen one other worker working there. Usually only 1 person is staffed. She forgot to put aloe on my eyebrows afterwards. My skin does turn red after threading it. She’ll ask you for what you want in the eyebrow. And you can tell her what you want. Every time Lata does it, she does it phenomenally, she makes it even and does what I like. I’ve been going here for years. There’s no eye massage anymore. No restrooms. Lots of parking lots"
